Vangaveeti Radha, a member of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP,) on the 1st of April, conducted a Yagya for the victory of the TDP, ahead of the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh (AP.)

Vangaveeti Radha is performing the Yagya for the victory of N. Chandrababu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and the President of the TDP, at K.G. Gupta Function Hall in Vijayawada.

The three day long Yagya began on the 31st of March with a Yagam and will end with a Purnahuti, on the 3rd of April.

On the morning of the 1st of April, Radha, along with his family, performed a Gopuja, a Vastu Homam and later, they began the Sri Yagam. The Yagya was held for the happiness and peace of the citizens of Andhra Pradesh and the victory of N. Chandrababu Naidu, ahead of the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in AP.

Andhra Pradesh will contest a total of 175 seats and 25 seats in the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections respectively. The elections in the State are scheduled on the 11th of April.

The major parties contesting the Andhra Pradesh Lok Sabha and Assembly elections are the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP,) the JanaSena Party and the TDP.

The results of the Andhra Pradesh Lok Sabha and Assembly elections will be declared on the 23rd of May 2019.
