Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) is on a two day visit to Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.  His visit is said to be going smoothly and productive till now.

The 12th of October,  the second day of the Tirupati visit of Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy started with the launch of Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel (SVBC.)  The devotional channel was launched in Kannada and Hindi languages as well.  Later, Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy attended a presentation on the new programs implemented by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) and the TTD-Farmer Empowerment Agency programme.

Meanwhile, yesterday, the 11th of October, Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy inaugurated a new paediatric wing in the premises of Balaji Institute of Surgery, Research and Rehabilitation for the Disabled (BIRRD) Hospital in Tirupati.  He also inaugurated the newly built Go Mandiram at Pandala Mandapam and boondi making kitchen complex worth

During his visit, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister offered prayers and silk garments to Lord Venkateshwar.  He also participated in the ongoing Tirumala Salakatla Brahmotsavam, the annual event of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD.)  The event started from Navratri, the 7th of October and would continue till Dussehra, the 15th of October.  

The YSRCP officials and Mr. Hari Narayanan, the District Collector of Tirupati have made all the arrangements for Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s stay in Tirupati.

With the successful two days visit and after launching and inaugurating development projects, Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy is scheduled to return to Tadepalli, on the evening of the 12th of October.
