The Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Mr. Adimulapu Suresh and the Finance Minister Mr. Buggana Rajendranath Reddy, on the 10th of February, released the schedule for Class X and Inter examinations.
While the 10th class exams would be held from the 2nd of to the 13th of May, the intermediate exams would be from the 8th of April to the 28th of April. Speaking about the timings, the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination would be held from 9:30 A.M. to 12:45 P.M. On the other hand, the intermediate exams would also be held during the same time.
Mr. Adimulapu Suresh has already made it clear that it is necessary to take exams for the future of the students. The ministers said there will be practical exams for intermediate from the 11th to the 31st of March. He further said that schools and colleges are running under the new rules. It was also revealed that the exams would be conducted in compliance with the Wuhan virus (Coronavirus) protocols.
Notably, as a relief to students, the Intermediate Board has reduced the syllabus by 30% due to the late start of the 2021-2022 academic year amid the Wuhan virus outbreak and the inability to conduct offline classes.
Meanwhile, public examinations would be conducted to the extent that 70% of the syllabus is taught to the students.
