Chittoor, May 11: In a fiery address at Praja Galam, attended by a sizable crowd, TDP supremo Mr. Nara Chandrababu Naidu labeled Chief Minister Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy as the betrayer of Rayalaseema, emphasizing the perilous implications of the Land Titling Act on land security, even for YSRCP activists.
Asserting his commitment to Chittoor district as his birthplace and vowing to propel its development, Naidu rallied the public against the potential implementation of the Land Titling Act, equating it to self-jeopardy. He urged voters to oust the YSRCP from power, cautioning that re-election would subject them to servitude under Mr. Jagan’s rule.
Naidu highlighted the successful Praja Galam meetings as a testament to public support, promising to enact 33% reservation for women in legislative bodies under the NDA alliance. He touted the TDP and Jana Sena’s dedication to social justice, amidst palpable momentum favoring the NDA.
Recalling TDP’s industrial strides in Chittoor, Naidu challenged Mr. Jagan to a public debate on regional development. He criticized Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy’s dominance, vowing restitution upon assuming office.
In a bold accusation, Naidu alleged Mr. Jagan’s intent to mortgage the district, exemplified by fielding a red sanders smuggler as the YSRCP candidate. He urged voters to rebel against what he termed as YSRCP’s monopolization of power and resources.
