The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) member Duvvada Srinivas claimed to have proof against Atchannaidu, the President of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP.)
According to the sources, on the 4th of March, Duvvada Srinivas alleged the TDP’s Atchannaidu of winning the recent election by rigging. The YSRCP candidate for the Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) said, he has sufficient proofs to expose the corruption of Atchannaidu.
The YSRCP leader said he would keep all the details before the people, and then he would move to the Andhra Pradesh Court. He has thrown a challenge asking AP TDP President Atchannaidu to come for a debate over his allegations on corruption and winning the elections.
Mr. Srinivas addressed the media and said, he himself became a victim in the election for several years. Due to the alleged political activities of Atchannaidu and his men in his constituency, he could not contest and win elections in Andhra Pradesh.
However, he is now efficient to expose Atchannaidu and wish to see the political ending of the TDP leader and Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) Atchannaidu.
Duvvada Srinivas has made such sensational comments and remarks at a time when the State is scheduled to conduct the Municipal Corporation elections.
The two opposition, the YSRCP and the TDP are fighting and giving tough competition with campaigning and roadshows.
Meanwhile, The Andhra Pradesh Municipal elections for 12 corporations and 75 municipalities would be held on the 10th of March. Besides the TDP and the YSRCP, other parties contesting the elections are, the YSRCP, the TDP, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the JanaSena Party.
The results of the Municipal elections would be announced on the 14th of March.
