UMangalagiri: North coastal Andhra Pradesh leader and former minister Konathala Rama Krishna formally met Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan at party headquarters located at Mangalagiri on Wednesday. Both the leaders discussed the latest political developments for almost two hours.
Ramakrishna is set to join Janasena in the first week of February by conducting a huge public meeting at Anakapalli.
Ramakrishna said that he has decided to travel along with Pawan Kalyan and is going to join Janasena. Ramakrishna said that the ideology of Janasena impresses him.
Ramakrishna said that he is ready to take any challenging role offered by the party and said that he will contest from any seat offered by Pawan Kalyan.
Ramakrishna was elected as MP of Anakapalli twice and also elected as MLA from Anakapalli. He is a close associate to former chief minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy and worked as minister for commercial taxes in the combined state. Ramakrishna joined YSRCP and resigned later.
