Pawan Kalyan, the President of the Jana Sena Party, on the 26th of March, announced he would give a total of Rs. 1 crore financial aid to fight the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 in both, Andhra Pradesh (A.P.) and Telangana.
Till the 26th of March, there are 41 COVID-19 cases in Telangana and 10 cases in A.P., reported. To intensify the precautionary measures and medical facilities in the two Telugu states, Pawan Kalyan announced the donation of Rs. 1 crore to the Chief Minister Relief fund.

Pawan Kalyan took to his official Twitter handle and made an official announcement. Mr. Kalyan said, “I will be donating Rs.50 Lakhs each to both AP and Telangana CM relief funds to fight against (the) Corona pandemic.”
Besides this, the actor turned politician, also donated an amount of Rs. 1 crore to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) to fight this disease nationwide.

Meanwhile India reported a total of 649 COVID-19 cases.
