Amaravati: Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu and Janasena party chief K Pawan Kalyan asserted that Andhra Pradesh will get the lost glory in this year. Both the leaders participated in the Sankranti celebrations conducted by the alliance in the name ‘ Telugu Jathiki Swarna Yugam- Sankranti Sankalpam’ at Amandadam in Amaravati capital region on Sunday.
Naidu and Pawan lit the bonfire as a party of Bhogi celebrations and gutted the copies of a few controversial and anti-public decisions taken by the state government.
Naidu and Pawan hold roosters in their hands and inaugurated the traditional Sankranti celebrations. Amaravati capital region farmers participated in the event in huge numbers. Pawan assured that the TDP-Jansena alliance will keep its promise and take measures to construct Amaravati which will be the face and future of Andhra Pradesh.
Pawan said that the state has been in a bad phase for the last four years and it is high time for the people to come out of this phase. PAwan praised the capital farmers for sacrificing 33 thousand acres for the sake of construction of the state capital.
Naidu said that people of AP had made up their mind to defeat YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who destroyed the entire state for political rivalry. Naidu hoped that Janasne and the TDP alliance would form a government soon with a thumping majority.
