Mr. Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India, flagged off five Vande Bharat Express trains on the 27th of June, Tuesday. Of the five trains, two were launched in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, whereas other three trains were launched in Goa-Maharashtra, Bihar-Jharkhand, Dharwad-Bengaluru, virtually.
On Tuesday, Mr. Narendra Modi visited the poll bound state of Madhya Pradesh and flagged off two trains from Bhopal. The trains Rani Kamalapati railway station would connect (Bhopal)-Jabalpur Vande Bharat Express, Khajuraho-Bhopal-Indore Vande Bharat Express.
Besides Bhopal trains, the other trains are Madgaon (Goa)-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express, Dharwad-Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express, and Hatia-Patna Vande Bharat Express.
Earlier the five Vande Bharat Express trains were set for the launch on the 3rd of June, but due to the tragic Odisha Balasore Triple train accident, the inauguration was postponed
With this five news Vande Bharat Express trains, the total number of trains in India is now at 23. Furthermore, the semi speed trains is the first made in India, fast express trains, launched by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Government to make travel easy for the people, across India.
