Amaravati: Defected YSRCP MLAs alleged that AP assembly speaker Tammineni Seetharam had become acting as per the orders of CM YS jagan .They expressed anger over the speaker for making explanation process name sake.
Four MLAs Anam Ramnarayana Reddy, Mekapati Chandrasekhar Reddy, Undavalli Sriedevi appeared before the speaker on Monday to record their explanation. Anam said that the speaker acted against the principles of natural justice. Anam said that disqualifying them is a bad practice.
Anam Ramanarayana Reddy said that there is no evidence that they have worked against the party and were involved in anti-party campaigns. He added that media clippings cannot be considered as the evidence for the antiparty campaigns as per the orders of supreme court.
Reddy alleged that the speaker is influenced by the directions of a government’s advisor who is insisting on taking action against them ahead of Rajya Sabha elections. The Speaker said that he has given three opportunities to the defected MLAs and he is going to initiate stringent action.
