On the 18th of February, Friday, Mr. Undavalli Arun Kumar, a leader of the Indian National Congress (INC) took a dig at the Telangana Chief Minister Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao.
On the 18th of February, Friday Mr. Undavalli Arun Kumar made shocking comments on KCR over bilateral issues. He addressed the media questioning Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao for being angry over Andhra Pradesh and Telangana split. He said, KCR should join the Andhra Pradesh Government’s fight against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for the injustice done to the State, during the bifurcation of the 2 Telugu states. The INC leader asked if the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government will join hands with the Andhra Pradesh Government and demand due funds from the Centre for A.P., under the 2014 A.P., Bifurcation Act.
Concluding the press meet, Mr. Undavalli Arun Kumar asked CM KCR to tell Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Union Home Minister Amit Shah to pass statements on Andhra Pradesh only after doing justice to the State.
The Andhra Pradesh bifurcation issue, pending funds and other issues are still pending with the Central Government. The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) is constantly asking the BJP led Government to release pending funds and fulfill promises made under the AP Bifurcation Act.
