The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP,) on the1st of October, announced 60 as the retirement age of Road Transport Corporation (RTC) employees.

This is said to be another good news for the employees, after the merging of the RTC with the State Government.

Recently, Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (AP,) announced the merger of the RTC and the Andhra Pradesh Government.

The previous retirement age of the APSRTC employees was 58 years.  However, now, the retirement age was increased to 60 years.

The new retirement age policy will come into effect from October 2019.

The union leader of the RTC employees was happy with the new scheme for the welfare of the RTC employees.

Since the YSRCP Government came to power, it launched several schemes and welfare activities, benefiting the residents of AP in all aspects.  Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is trying to fulfill all the promises made in the Party manifesto by launching these schemes.

In the past 4 months, for the welfare of AP’s citizens, the YSRCP launched the Bharosa Rythu scheme for farmers, the Polavaram Project tender, liquor policies, railway services and many others.
