Ms. R.K. Roja, the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) announced to quit the Jabardasth comedy show.
The speculations of Ms. R.K. Roja quitting the show were news headlines for quite a few days, but final confirmation was made on the 11th of April, Monday. After taking the oath of office as the Andhra Pradesh Cabinet minister, Ms. R.K. Roja announced to quit films and the comedy show as a judge. On Monday she said, I’m quitting the Jabardasth show as the judge. I have been part of the show for nearly 10 years and I will also stay away from shootings. I will not sign any films in near future,” She expressed loyalty towards Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy said, “It is my duty to do what CM Jagan says.”
It is to be noted, that the Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy led YSRCP Government to reshuffle its cabinet and this time, in the reshuffle, Ms. R.K. Roja got a portfolio.
