The Telangana President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Bandi Sanjay Kumar criticised K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar on the 20th of May, said, the Telangana CM KCR, visited the State run Gandhi Hospital for publicity. He said, the Gandhi Hospital visit was a publicity stunt and not to solve problems faced by the Wuhan virus patients at the hospital.
The statement of Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar came a day after KCR’s visit to Gandhi Hospital. On the afternoon of the 19th of May, KCR visited Gandhi Hospital to inspect the Wuhan virus condition, cleanliness and other situations of patients. Mr. K. Chandrashekhar Rao made a surprise visit to Gandhi Hospital, the COVID-19 treatment designated hospital in Telangana.
Bandi Sanjay Kumar alleged the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) President KCR of avoiding people’s problems. He said, issues at the Gandhi Hospital are visible to the opposition leaders, but the KCR Government is not acknowledging the difficulties and requirement of patients in the State. He even mocked KCR for staying at his farmhouse, while people and medical staff were suffering with several issues. However, Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar did not give the details of the issues faced by the people of Telangana and medical staff.
This is not the first time, the opposition BJP leader took a dig at the ruling TRS Government.
