On the 3rd of August, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced class 10th results for the academic year 2020-2021.
The CBSE announced results of nearly 20 lakh (20,97,128) students who appeared for class 10th exams. In 2020, close to 18.75 lakh students were registered for the CBSE 10th exam and the passing percentage was 91.41 %. It is to be noted, this year 99.40 % of the registered students (20,76,997) have been promoted, whereas marksheet of close to 16,000 students are pending.
Similar to 2020, this year also, the results were announced based on the internal assessment, without any examinations. In view of the Wuhan virus pandemic, the CBSE Board cancelled all CBSE Class 10 Board Exams.
The results are available on the official website of the CBSE, cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.gov.in. The CBSE Class 10 Results 2021 were announced at 12:00 P.M., today, Tuesday.
