Hyderabad: The long-awaited film titled “Rudhramadevi”, starring actress Anushka Shetty in a lead role, is all to rule the silver screens from September 4, 2015. Ace filmmaker Gunasekhar’s directorial “Rudhramadevi” finally got a release date after many delays due to technical works. However, the makers decided to release the epic drama in September worldwide. The team of the picture officially announced the news by posting the release date posters on social media.
“Rudhramadevi” is another epic drama, being made in Tollywood after “Baahubali”. The film stars Anushka Shetty in a major role as she is the actress in the industry, who carries female-oriented roles like a cakewalk. The actress made her mark in the film industry and undoubtedly the film will elevate her status to new level.
The period drama also features Stylish star Allu Arjun in a new style, Rana Daggubati, Nithya Menen and Krishnam Raju in lead roles. The movie is all about the 13th century queen of Kakatiya dynasty, Rudhramadevi.
After the release of Rajamouli’s film “Baahubali”, the expectations are much higher on “Rudhramadevi” as the film also portrays battle sequences of great standards. The much-talked-about film was made with a sky-high budget of Rs 60 crore and is expected the conquer the box office.
