Mumbai: The official trailer of upcoming film “Bajirao Mastani” is set to release alongside Salman Khan’s movie “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” on Friday. Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh and actress Priyanka Chopra confirmed the news on Twitter.
Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#BajiraoMastani trailer will be out on the digital platform on Wednesday [15 July]. In theatres on Friday [17 July].”
On Twitter, Priyanka Chopra wrote, “So exciting! Best present ever! #BajiraoMastani trailer releasing on my bday weekend!!! Yay! Can’t wait to share with you all! Thank u SLB.”
Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial “Bajirao Mastani” stars Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra in lead roles. Ranveer will be seen playing the role of Baji Rao 1, Deepika as his second wife Mastani and Priyanka Chopra as his first wife Kashibai. According to reports, the movie might release on December 18, 2015. However, there is no official confirmation.
On the other hand, Salman Khan’s forthcoming film “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” is all set for Eid release. The movie, directed by Kabir Khan, will hit big screens on July 17. Kareena Kapoor Khan will be seen opposite Salman Khan in the film.
