The guitarist, singer and the ‘King of the Blues’ BB King passed away at the age of 89 on May 14 at 9:40 P.M. He passed away in his sleep in Las Vegas.Recently, he had been suffering ill health and was also take to a hospital with a diabetes-related illness.
Brent Bryson, his attorney told The Associated Press that King died peacefully in his sleep at 9:40 p.m. PDT. He added that the funeral arrangements were underway.
He was born in Mississippi and started his career in the 1940s. He was also ranked as the third greatest guitarist of all the time.
