Mumbai: ‘Golden girl’ Deepika Padukone says that her most rumoured boyfriend Ranveer Singh will never hurt her. The star couple is awaiting the release of their forthcoming film “Bajirao Mastani” and is on a promotion spree. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the movie is all set for a grand release on December 18, 2015.
In an interview with a leading media house, when Deepika was about her rivals in the industry, the actress said that she is competitive but not in a rivalry. Deepika said that she want her last film to compete with her film. The starlet also added that she watches others work but don’t follow them.
When asked about her relationship with Ranveer Singh, Deepika said, “He is my best friend (and this is not to be taken lightly). I am emotional, sensitive and vulnerable and I hurt easily. I can be so naked in front of Ranveer… and I know he will never hurt me or take me for granted. That is the kind of trust and understanding we have. The reason I love and respect him is that I can bare my soul and still feel comfortable. If this is divine connection – this is what it is!”
