Mumbai: Filmmaker Mani Ratnam was reportedly admitted to a hospital on Tuesday when he suffered a minor heart attack. However, details are still awaited. It is learnt that he was admitted to Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in Delhi.

The director suffered the heart attack when he was playing golf while holidaying with his family in Srinagar. He was immediately rushed to a hospital in Srinagar and then shifted to Delhi for better treatment, according to reports. It is also heard that Mani Ratnam also survived a heart attack while directing the movie “Yuva” in 2002.
