Mumbai: Recently Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan said in a statement that superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali movie poster has been stolen from his upcoming film Madaari is a mere joke.
“I respect Rajinikanthji, as a human and as an actor, but what I said about the poster was a joke. I want to clarify that the poster which I talked about was made by one of his fan clubs,” Irrfan told reporters during an event to promote Madaari.
It was just yesterday that the Jazbaa actor said, the makers of Rajinikanth’s film “stole the poster” of his upcoming movie but, the fact is the poster was made by Robot star’s fan. Both the posters feature the lead actors, Irrfan and Rajinikanth, with numerous buildings and skyscrapers placed horizontally on them.
Irfan said, “Madaari movie is about the system we live in and if we do not question the wrongs, it starts serving those who run it,” he said.
