Kangana Ranaut has been busy promoting her upcoming movie “Rangoon” with co-stars Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. Through promotions the actress was at a fitness related event the Max Bupa Walk for Health, where Kangana shared her fitness secrets. She urged that women should take up Walking every day in order to maintain better health and increased fitness. She said that everyone must take out a little time out their busy schedules every day to stay fit.

The “Queen” star speaking about her schedule said, “I ensure that my workout involves walking, it enhances one’s mental, emotional and physical health. I want to specially tell all women out there that while you juggle different roles, don’t neglect your health.” The actress added that “ It’s a myth that staying fit is expensive and complicated. It`s actually not. What you just need to do is take out 30 minutes from your daily life and dedicate it to walking.” The actress initiated the event at SNDT women’s University at Juhu in Mumbai. The actress will also be present at Delhi and Bengaluru for flagging the fitness walks on February 19 and 26.

The actress has over the years maintained her fitness over the years in Bollywood and looks fitter than ever in the trailer of “Rangoon.” The actress was also announced as the GQ Woman of the year in 2016 for her consistency and fitness regime!
