Wax statues are not limited to the museum but made also as contemporary style in real life selfie statue. Earlier this week, Londoners were shocked seeing to that appeared to hit the likes of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West snapping selfies at London’s busiest attractions.
The fans were astonished when they realized that rather than the actual power couple live, the pair sighted was the waxwork statue in real.
To celebrate Madame Tussaud’s latest addition of 38-year-old rapper West to their famous life-size collection, the museum took the wax statue on tour around the capital for some photo-snapping fun.
With the still figures sharing a great love with the couple, with Kim in a cream cut-out bandage dress and Kanye in dapper blazer and leather trousers, it’s no wonder that Londoners and tourists alike were captured turning their heads in surprise.
Londoners and other tourist soon after realizing that the pair were in fact a tourist attraction, many delighted passers-by took the opportunity to ‘pose’ in waxwork figure Kim’s selfie.
A young man took a picture of himself posing with the wax couple, he also explained about the concept behind the wax statue. Nicole Fenner, Madame Tussauds London’s PR Manager, admitted: ‘No one loves a holiday selfie more than Kim Kardashian, who famously took 1,200 pictures of herself to send to husband Kanye whilst on holiday in Thailand last year.
