Chennai: Ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam is gearing up to explore the beauty of Kashmir once again in his upcoming film, which is yet-to-be-titled. Starring Karthi and Sai Pallavi in romantic lead roles, the picture already garnered enough attention from the movie goers.
It is heard that the director is busy with the script and is prepping up to finish it as early as possible. Touted to be a romantic drama, the forthcoming drama is grabbing the attention of audience in the tinsel town. If reports are to be believed, Karthi will be seen playing the role of a pilot and Sai Pallavi will play the role of a doctor in the movie.
The regular shooting of the movie has been delayed and is expected to hit floors in September. Once again for the 13th time music director AR Rahman collaborated with Mani Ratnam for the upcoming love story. The magical duo is expected to set silver screens afire with their teamwork.
This is not the first time, earlier Mani Ratnam scored blockbusters shooting his films in Kashmir. His film “Roja” is one of the most appreciated drama in the industry even today.
