After the recent “Adipurush”, the Tollywood superstar is all set with his upcoming power-packed action film, Salaar.
On the morning of the 6th of July, Thursday, the makers of Salaar released the awaited teader, which has received over 15 million views in a few hours.
Salaar’s creators opted for an odd timing for the teaser release. On July 6, at 5.12 am, the film’s teaser was released. In the released teaser, the video begins with a narration by Tinu Anand, who stands surrounded by a heard of armed men. He decides to brief them in “simple English.” He talks about the place and says, “Lion, tiger, cheetah, elephant are very dangerous but not in Jurassic Park, Because in that park there is a…” Enter Prabhas. Although the dramatic entry of Prabhas only reveals silhouette shot with his fingers smeared in blood. He is introduced as “rebel star Prabhas.” The video ends with a glimpse of Prithviraj Sukumaran, dressed in an all-black outfit with kohl rimmed eyes and he is seen with a septum piercing.
After the power teaser was released at odd timing, the fans could not keep calm and are trending the teaser along with the new avatar of Prithviraj Sukumaran, who would share the screen with Prabhas.
Besides the makers, Prabhas shared the teaser and wrote, “The Salaar Cease Fire teaser has arrived. Have you seen it yet?”
Meanwhile, Prithviraj Sukumaran shared the teaser of the film and he wrote, “The most violent men…Called one man… The most violent. Presenting Salaar Cease Fire to the world.”
The film which was supposed to be a project of 2020, took three years to complete and is finally out. It would be produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films and directed by Prashanth Neel. The film has a massive star cast of Prabhas as the titular character, along with Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan and Jagapathi Babu. In addition, the film would be a pan India project, set to hit theatres on the 28th of September 2023, in five languages, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
