Shah Rukh Khan’s “Dilwale” enters Rs 100 crore club

Mumbai: The much-talked-about film of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, “Dilwale” entered Rs 100 crore club and is riding high at the ticket windows. The film crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the box office within a week of its release. The picture managed to collect Rs 102.65 crore and is running successfully in the packed houses.

Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and posted the box office collections of the “Dilwale”.

He wrote, “#Dilwale Fri 21 cr, Sat 20.09 cr, Sun 24 cr, Mon 10.09 cr, Tue 9.42 cr, Wed 8.79 cr, Thu 9.26 cr. Total: ₹ 102.65 cr. India biz.”

Directed by Rohit Shetty, “Dilwale” marks the return of the best jodi of B-Wood, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol after a long gap of five years. The film also features Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in romantic lead roles. The romantic comedy clashed at the box office with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Bajirao Mastani”. Both the biggies opened in theatres on December 18.
