Mumbai: Looks like Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor is on a roll after the success of biographical drama “Neerja”. Now, to the surprise, Sonam has replaced the gorgeous Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as the brand ambassador for a leading jewellery company.
In a statement, Ramesh Kalyanaraman, Executive Director, Marketing and Operations, said, “We welcome Sonam Kapoor and are confident that her status as a style icon and popularity will strengthen future product campaigns of Kalyan Jewellers.”
The Bachchan bahu had been associated Kalyan Jewellers for three years and now Sonam will be seen in the place of Aishwarya. Mega couple Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan will continue as the ambassadors for the leading jewellery chain.
