Mumbai: A senior CPI leader Atul Anjan made controversial statements against adult star-turned-Bollywood actress Sunny Leone in Uttar Pradesh. The leader blamed the former porn star by saying that her condom ad will lead to more rapes.
The CPI leader, Speaking at a rally in Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh, said that a woman named Sunny Leone from Australia has worked in a number of porn films and Bollywood filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt made her an actress. He added that her condom advertisements were the main reason behind the rising rape cases in the country.
Earlier, leader of Sri Ram Sena, Pramod Muthalik, also targeted Sunny Leone and said that she should be deported back.
