10 killed in BSF plane crash

New Delhi: At least 10 people were killed in the planes crash on Tuesday morning. A Border Security Force (BSF) Superking plane was crashed in Dwarka near Delhi. The aircraft was carrying 10-12 people when the incident occurred. The accident took place shortly after take-off. Rescue efforts are underway.

After receiving the information, as many 18 fire tenders rushed to the spot. The director of Delhi Fire Services, AK Sharma said that the aircraft crashed into a small body of water just outside a boundary wall at the airport. Home Minister Rajnath Singh has rushed to the spot of the crash.

Home Minister Rajnath Singh took to Twitter and wrote, “The tragic news of BSF plane crash near IGI airport in New Delhi is extremely painful. Rushing to the crash site immediately.”

On Twitter, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also expressed his concern. He wrote, “Pained by the loss of lives in the BSF plane crash in Delhi. My thoughts are with the families of the deceased.”
