Maharashtra: College students who went on a beach picnic in Maharashtra’s Raigad were struck by tragedy today when 13 drowned and swept away.
The bodies of 10 girls and three boys have been pulled out, say the police. Five are being treated.
Around 115 students from the Abida Inaamdar College in Pune had gone for the picnic to the Murud beach, a popular tourist spot.
The police and firemen are trying to rescue more students.
