Hyderabad: At least six people were killed in an explosion inside Hasitha Pharmaceutical factory on city outskirts on Monday morning. Several others were also injured in the explosion. The wounded were immediately shifted to a hospital. All the bodies of the workers got charred and mutilated beyond recognition.
According to police, the explosion occurred at around 6.15 am inside the Hasitha Pharmaceutical factory and all the six workers died on the spot. There were 11 workers in the factory when the blast occurred. The deceased were identified as the people of Chattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh. More details are awaited.
