Car Bombing In Iraq’s Baghdad Leaves 29 Dead, ISIS Claims Responsibility

Bahgdad: At least 64 killed and over 100 injured in a car bomb blast at a crowded market in Baghdad, Iraq during the rush hours in the morning. This has been one of the worst recent attacks in the Iraq capital.
According to the source, Islamic State claims the attack. The Sunni Muslim group, which controls swathes of northern and western Iraq, has frequently targeted Shia, whom it considers heretics.

The officials said, SUV packed with explosives went off near a beauty salon in a bustling market at rush hour in Sadr City. Most of the victims were women and many of the wounded are in critical condition.
Earlier, the ultra-hardline Sunni jihadist group, which considers Shi’ites apostates, claimed a twin suicide bombing in Sadr City in February that killed 70 people.
