Nakrekal: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) chief Revanth Reddy asked people to defeat 12 defected Congress MLAs. Revanth appreciated the leaders of Nalgonda district for courageously fighting against the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) despite facing fake cases.

Revanth on Friday participated in road shows and election rallies at Nalgonda district and addressed a few public meetings. Revanth Reddy recalled the contribution of leaders from Nalgonda district during the Telangana armed struggle. He said that Komatireddy Venkat Reddy tendered resignation for his ministry for Telangana.

Revanth Reddy said “A few Congress leaders become gatekeepers at BRS after becoming MLAs. People should teach a lesson to the leaders who betrayed Congress. They should not touch the gate of the assembly at any cost,” Revanth Reddy said.

He added that the BRS government ignored the drinking water projects which are considered a lifeline for the district. He asked people to support Nakrekal Congress candidate Vemula Veresam. Komatireddy Venkatreddy also participated in the public meeting along with Revanth.
