Guwahati: A passenger train derailed in the early hours of Saturday at Kokrajhar district of Assam. The engine and the five coaches of the train derailed. The accident occurred between Salakati and Basugaon at around 5.15 AM. The engine driver was injured severely and some other passengers also suffered minor injuries. The engine driver and others were immediately admitted to hospital.
