Belgium: Infosys employee Raghavendran Ganesan who went missing in Brussels after the terror attacks was killed, the Indian embassy in Belguim confirmed on Monday in a series of tweets. His belongings will be sent to India from the Amsterdam airport.

Indian embassy for Belguim tweeted, “RIP Raghvendran! The Belgian authorities have identified Raghvendran as 1 of the victims of barbarian terror attacks of March 22… Mortal remains  in process of being handed to family of Raghvendran to be taken 2 India from Amsterdam airport.

Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj said that Raghavendran was travelling in the metro when the bomb blast occurred at Maelbeek metro station.

According to the deceased brother Chandrasekar, the infosys employee usually traveled to work in the metro from Merode station to Parc station.
