San Jose, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced new flights between India and US. According to his statement, the direct flights will to and fro between New Delhi and San Francisco thrice a week from December 2 this year.
He made the announcement at the SAP Centre here.
Modi said from December 2, Air India will run direct flights thrice a week from Delhi to San Francisco.
This announcment came as a surprise as Modi came back on to the dias just to make his announcement. He priorly spoke on the same dias for an hour about his dream of digital India.
