PM Modi To Visit Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Dubai

New Delhi: The Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheik Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This is the first trip of an Indian Prime Minister in the past 34 years. PM Modi will be visiting Sheikh Zayed Mosque the largest mosque of UAE, on 17th August. In this trip Mr. Modi will interact with the Indian Community, out of which 2.6 million are Indians in UAE and most of them are Bihari Muslims. It will benefit Modi in mustering support of Muslims in Bihar elections.

Mr. Vikas Swaroop, Spokesman of Ministry of External Affairs told that , “UAE is the third largest trading partner with India and Mr. Modi is likely to invite UAE investors to invest in Indian Infrastructure Sector.” Prime Minister will be visiting Grand Mosque and a labour camp in Abu Dhabi which employees 26 hotel workers and industrial laborers most of whom are Indian Muslim from Bihar. Visiting the community is also one of the strategy of Mr. Modi as Bihar elections are fast approaching. As there are more than 16% Muslims in Bihar which form crucial vote bank for Nitish-Lalu coalition in the State.
