Well, a YouTube video that teaches you how to shovel snow while performing Bhangra. The video posted by Indo-Canadian men busting out into Bhangra while shoveling snow has become a sensation on YouTube and Facebook. It has 1.6million plays on Facebook and more than 5 Lakh views on Youtube.
These young men, sporting t-shirt, jeans and boots burst out into Bhangra while shoveling snow in freezing temperatures. The video uploaded but Maritime Bhangra Group is owned by young Indian dancers of Halifax, Canada. But this isn’t the first time the boys shot to fame, they have previously given performances that have been widely appreciated, viewed and shared.
The three men dance merrily away while shoveling having zero worries has earned widespread fans for them by increasing their subscriber base. The song, a mix of desi Punjabi and Sia’s Cheap Thrills set the mood perfectly. It is common knowledge that Canada’s temperatures especially in Nova Scotia province dip below zero Celsius during Winters. But the Maritime Bhangra boys took up the task of entertaining anyways.
This is not the first time Bhangra has been performed on the streets on freezing temperatures of Canada, another college student gang gave a similar performance but they had proper dressing for snow. What made this boy stand out is their casual dressing and still dancing joyously.
