A 14 year old girl from Bihar was gang raped by 6 minors including one of her juniors at the school. The crime took place on Friday night in Lakhisarai district. The victim was thrown out of the train after being allegedly raped by the accused, where she was lying unconscious on railway tracks near the Kiul railway station.
“Someone grabbed me from behind, gagged and blindfolded me and dragged me to a nearby field. There were six-seven people; I recognized two of them as my neighbors,” said the victim.
“When I regained consciousness, I found myself on a train. The two youths I recognized pushed me out of the train and I fainted again,” she added.
Her brother said that her family realized her missing at around 3 A.M., on Saturday. “After about 12 hours of frantic search, we found her at Kiul railway station. People had brought her to the platform from the tracks,” he explained.
After the incident, she was taken to the local hospital where she received 24 stitches to stop the bleeding. As her condition was very critical on Saturday afternoon, she was referred to Patna Medical College and Hospital. In that hospital, she was left unattended on the floor of the emergency ward for almost 14 hours. The brother alleged that the guards had demanded money for a bed. The administration took action only after the media highlighted the case. The police said one of the accused had been detained, while a hunt was under way for others.

The survivor suffered heavy blood loss and five pelvic fractures in the attack. She was undergoing intense pain whenever she tries to move her body, said a source.
