Tirumala: Emotions overflowed as a 17-year-old girl from Bengaluru, Kumari Keerthana, witnessed the divine presence of Sri Venkateswara at Tirumala temple. Completing her ‘Ista Daiva’ darshan, she achieved a significant milestone by finishing the revered ‘Govinda Koti’ within a remarkably short time.
Keerthana, reflecting on her spiritual journey, shared her profound experience. She highlighted the traditional practice of writing ‘Ramakoti’ prevalent in Indian society for decades, expressing her gratitude for the opportunity to write ‘Govinda Koti’ with Sri Venkateswara Swamy’s grace since Navratri 2023. Devotedly dedicating her mornings and evenings to this task, she felt blessed by the divine connection forged through her pen.
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) initiated the ‘Govinda Koti’ program to foster spirituality among youth. Keerthana’s achievement, writing ‘Govinda Koti’ over 10 lakh times, earned her and her family a special break darshan, a testament to her dedication.
