
Amaravati: Pawan Kalyan will officially take office as the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on the 19th of this month, as announced by the Janasena party office. Holding the designation of Deputy Chief Minister, Pawan Kalyan will oversee the departments of Panchayat Raj, Rural Development, Environment, Forest, and Science and Technology. He is set to take the oath of office on the 12th of this month, after which his departmental responsibilities were assigned.
A chamber in the Velagapudi Secretariat is being prepared for him. Janasena supporters are celebrating the announcement. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and a few ministers including Municipal minister P Narayana, health minister Satya Kumar Yadav and others had already assumed charges. Sources said that Chamber of Pawan Kalyan is ready for occupation.
