Tirumala: Mark your calendars for a divine spectacle as Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) gears up to host a magnificent Asthana fete at the Srivari temple in honor of the Sri Rama Navami festival on April 17.

The festivities promise a spiritual extravaganza with Lord Rama gracing devotees as he rides the Hanumantha Vahana along the Mada streets, showering blessings upon the faithful. Following this majestic procession, the highlight of the celebrations, the Sri Rama Pattabhishekam fete, will take place on April 18.

Commencing the day’s rituals, the festive idols of Sri Sitarama Lakshmana Samata Hanumanta will undergo the sacred snapana Thirumanjanam at the Ranganayakula Mandapam in the morning. Later in the evening, devotees can witness the Hanumanta Vahana Seva, adding to the spiritual fervor of the occasion. As night falls, the sanctified Sri Rama Navami Asthanam will be conducted at the revered Bangaru Vakili within the Srivari temple precincts.

In light of the day-long festivities, TTD has announced the cancellation of the Sahasra Dipalankara Seva scheduled for the evening, ensuring devotees can fully immerse themselves in the celebratory atmosphere.

Furthermore, the revered Srivari temple archakas will orchestrate the grand Sri Rama Pattabhishekam fete at Bangaru Vakili on the night of April 18, marking the culmination of the divine revelry.
