Tadepalli: YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) President and former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy criticized the coalition government’s failures during a meeting with party leaders from the undivided Krishna district at his Tadepalli camp office. He accused the government of running under a “Red Book Constitution,” where essential systems are collapsing, dissent is being suppressed, and false cases are being filed for expressing opinions on social media.
YS Jagan highlighted major governance issues, including non-payment of college fees due to pending reimbursements, mounting Aarogyasri dues of Rs 2,200 crore, and non-functional ambulance services. He also pointed out the government’s failure to procure crops on time, forcing farmers to sell their produce at prices below the Minimum Support Price (MSP).
The YSRCP leader stressed that his party had always delivered on its promises, unlike the coalition government, which he claimed misled voters with unrealistic pledges. He expressed confidence that the public would soon recognize the truth and return to supporting YSRCP.
To strengthen his party, YS Jagan announced plans for district tours starting after Sankranti, under the initiative ‘Jagananna with Party Cadre – Strengthening YSRCP.’ He encouraged party workers to stay committed, ensuring a strong performance in future elections.
