List of top 10 MNC’s in the world

The list of world’s 10 Best multinational workplaces for 2015 has released. Like always, Google is once again stood the 1st IT company. The annual list honours 25 companies that have been recognized by their employees as an organization that fosters creativity, trust and camaraderie. While fun at work emerges as an important indicator of employee perception of a great workplace, other drivers include a team or family feeling, co-workers’ willingness to cooperate and the sense of being treated as a full member regardless of position.

The study carried out by the Great Places to Work Institute covers a wide variety of industries and 47 countries. So, here’s top 10 best tech MNC workplaces in the world.

Google: Search giant Google has again topped the ’25 World’s Best Multinational Workplaces’ list. Not just work work but Google is famous for its employee-friendly worth practices.The company recently bolstered its parental leave benefits and provides $500 of “Baby Bonding Bucks” to all new parents to use during the first three months of their child’s life. The company has a global headcount of 56,040.

SAS Institute: At No. 2 on ’25 World’s Best Multinational Workplaces’ list is SAS Institute. With this the data analytic’s software maker has managed to retain its last year’s position.

NetApp: The next IT company on ’25 World’s Best Multinational Workplaces’ list is NetApp ranked at No. 4 on the overall list. The company ranked at No. 3 in 2014.

Telefónica: At No. 4 on the overall list is another technology company Telefonica. The mobile telecommunications company, which was on the 14th position last year, recently launched an internal campaign dubbed “Be More,” urging employees to “discover,” “disrupt” and “deliver”.

EMC: Next company on the list is data storage major EMC. According to Fortune, EMC pushes beyond its roots in data storage hardware, it is taking pains to bring employees up to speed on the “third platform” of IT — meaning the confluence of mobile devices, the cloud, big data and social media.

Microsoft: At No. 6 on the overall list is software giant Microsoft. The company has expanded work-from-home options in recent years.

Autodesk: Autodesk, the maker of 3D design and engineering software, takes the seventh spot among tech companies in the list.

Cisco: Network gear maker Cisco occupies the eighth position among tech brands and the 15th overall in the list of best global companies to work for.

Atento: Atento, which makes customer relation management and business process outsourcing software, is on the ninth spot among the top tech MNCs to work for.

Cadence Design Systems: Electronic design automation software maker Cadence is the 10th tech MNC on the list. Ranked at No. 21 on the overall list, the company puts heavy emphasis on ethics and integrity and conducts several programmes in that regard.
