Las Vegas: Andhra Pradesh’s IT and Electronics Minister, Mr. Nara Lokesh, engaged in a discussion with Salesforce CEO, Ms. Clara Shih, at the Synergy Summit in Las Vegas, requesting support for AI skill-building programs in the state. Highlighting Andhra Pradesh’s focus on smart governance and an AI-driven economy, Lokesh called for Salesforce’s partnership in skilling initiatives tailored to AI-based industries.
Mr. Lokesh proposed that Salesforce collaborate with educational institutions to deliver hands-on training for youth, specifically through Salesforce AI certification programs. He further requested mentorship from Salesforce for local startups and assistance in providing AI tools to boost entrepreneurial growth.
Lokesh also sought Salesforce’s involvement in deploying their Einstein AI for enhancing state CRM services and enabling AI-powered automation within governance. He highlighted potential partnerships in smart city projects, particularly in traffic management, public safety, and urban planning.
In response, Ms. Clara Shih expressed Salesforce’s focus on responsible AI utilization and ongoing innovations on the Einstein AI platform for CRM and machine learning applications. She assured Mr. Lokesh of discussions with Salesforce partners to explore collaboration on Andhra Pradesh’s development initiatives.
