Just a little before the clock struck Midnight on the night of 5th December 2016, around 11.30 P.M., came the sad news of the demise of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayaraman Jayalalithaa. The news shocked the State and Country, with many up until the wee hours of the next day expressing their distress about her death.
Common people and celebrities alike, tweeted united by the grief that this great ‘Iron Lady’ had fallen. It is seldom that we see such powerful women are born in a nation such as ours.
