The Delhi University has received over 81,000 admission applications on the second day for the undergraduate courses on Thursday. The online application began on Wednesday and received 39,000. The Centralised Optical Mark Recognition(OMR) forms are available on Delhi University’s website and students will have to make the payment through net banking.
“The total number of applicants who completed their registered till 6pm is 81,524, of which 21,589 have made payments,” said Kirti Ranjan, OSD Admissions.
The fee for General category students is Rs 100 whereas for SC/ST students the admission form will cost Rs 50.
A total of 60,000 seats in various undergraduate programmes are up for grab. The last date for online registration is June 19 and the first cut off will be announced on June 27.
