Legendary actor of Indian cinema Rajinikanth, is all set to enter the political world soon.
On the 30th of November, Mr. Rajinikanth held a meeting with his followers and supporters in Chennai.
During the meeting with the members of the Rajini Makkal Mandram (RMM) Rajinikanth hinted about his Party launch and entry into politics. After the meeting, he addressed the media and said he would announce his political entry soon.
Mr. Rajinikanth said, “I met the district secretaries. They expressed their views, I shared mine. They assured me that they will be on my side with whatever decision I make. I will announce my decision as soon as possible.”
Mr. Rajinikanth made headlines several times over his political stand. In 2017, the actor said his entry in politics was imminent.
The meeting and announcement came at a time when a letter in the name of the actor was all over social media platforms revealing that Mr. Rajinikanth waas avoiding getting into politics for time being due to his health conditions and has been advised to stay away, as he needs utmost rest and political campaigns and work would be difficult.
Mr. Rajinikanth rubbished the letter and said it to be fake. However he said though the letter was fake, the reasons mentioned were fact and were indeed true.
Soon after Mr. Rajinikanth’s announcement, fans and twitter users started tweeting about the same.
