Mayawati the Bahujan Samaj Party Chief said her candidate’s loss in the Rajya Sabha Elections will not end the alliance with Samajwadi Party. The Party Chief said it was BJP’s main objective to ensure the loss of her candidate to cause a rift between the newly formed allies.
Mayawati said, “The BJP must be thinking that Mayawati is hot headed and will break the alliance, but at no cost will I let the BJP’s plan succeed. I will give the BJP sleepless nights.” The Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party decided to help each other. The BSP supported in the SP in the Parliamentary Elections in exchange for support in the Rajya Sabha Elections.
The BSP Chief said, “PM Modi and the Yogi government have like always misused government machinery and perpetrated government terror and fear and got a dhanna set (rich man) elected.”
Yesterday Mayawati suspended the party MLA Anil Kumar Singh who voted for the BJP candidate. The BJP has now claimed nine more Rajya Sabha seats from UP.
