Delhi: The capital has made its way among the top global travellers. New Delhi has gained interest among the global travellers and has been ranked 7 out of top 10 global cities in TripAdvisor 2016 traveller’s list. Delhi booking interest has been increased by 28% over last year, according to the survey.
New Delhi is the only Asian city that has been listed in the top 10 global cities of TripAdvisor’s 2016 travellers choice destinations on the rise.
New Delhi, the capital stands unique for its historical relics, cultural display, satellite neighbourhoods and mega malls. The impressive Humayun’s Tomb offers a glimpse into the city’s ancient past, while scenic marketplaces provide an authentic feel of the busy metropolis.
“Our well-traveled community has helped us identify the destinations around the world that are gaining in interest and popularity,” TripAdvisor chief marketing officer Barbara Messing said.
